If you are scheduled to start radiation treatment in the abdominal or pelvic area to fight cancer, join RADIANT and contribute to advancing cancer research from home.

Radiation therapy plays an important role in the fight against cancer. Yet, despite its excellent safety profile, about 10% of patients will experience an adverse reaction to the therapy and some patients may not benefit from the therapy at all. The researchers behind the RADIANT study are developing a blood test to help doctors predict a patient’s response to radiation treatment.
